What's involved in this role: We are looking for a Feta Laborer in Weyauwega, WI. Perform daily packaging duties. Perform vacuum packing as required. Monitor block forms and extensions to maintain coagulator system supply. Complete required paperwork and quality checks (i.e. X-Ray checks, sampling, etc.) in a legible manner. Wash tubs as required. Perform Master Sanitation/CIP duties as required. Set up the packaging lines for the next day. Complete tasks safely while maintaining a safe working environment. Perform other tasks as deemed necessary by supervision or management. Schedule: 2-2-3 Schedule / 3:00pm - 3:00am Where you'll be working: Our Weyauwega, WI, plant is home to approximately 225 employees. This facility produces award-winning feta and aged cheddar cheese, as well as lactose and reduced lactose whey. Agropur's US operations produce 1 billion pounds of quality, award-winning cheese each year. We create more than 20 different varieties, and provide whey protein and dry ingredients which are by-products of the cheesemaking process.
