This is a hybrid work style position at the Jacksonville, FL location. Hybrid: Monday/Friday work from home. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday are in office days. What you will be doing: * Provide analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation. * Develop strong partnerships with clients that focus on being a trusted advisor. * Participate in Functionality Testing, Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing, document test cases and results. Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. What you bring: *3+ years' experience client support *Hands on knowledge of JAVA, UNIX, Shell scripting, Oracle, SQL and PL/SQL * Proven delivery track record of working as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. * Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development. * Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design-based tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, use cases, etc. * Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally as well as externally * Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools * Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner Added Bonus: *Familiar with Docker, Kafka, WebSphere MQ and Couchbase Privacy Statement FIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
