What's involved in this role:

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative in Le Sueur, MN.

The Accounts Receivable Representative is responsible for all aspects of the Accounts Receivable process including invoicing through cash receipts and dispute management while ensuring customers are billed accurately and in timely fashion. Work collaboratively with entire team to ensure the AR Subledger reflects amounts due to Agropur.

What you need to join our team:

• Support the management of operations and participate in the improvement of work methods.
• Provide support to the finance team with account analysis and period-end audits.
• Analyzes customer billing errors according to the process in place, works closely with different departments and customers to avoid errors and penalties.
• Key interactions with sales, distribution/logistics, credit, cash collection and MDM teams.
• Validation and correction of EDI invoices.
• Monthly sales entries and reconciliations.
• Support supervisor in various ad hoc matters.
• Verify various departmental internal control reports.
• Validation and correction of billing interfaces
• Respond to various internal requests for information.
• Prepare and provide information required for corrections.
• Answer internal and external customer request to resolve billing and/or other problems.
• Correct billing and other errors by conducting a detailed problem analysis.
• Perform data entry as required

• Managing customer's email addresses for invoice distribution

• Minimum two (2) years of Accounts Receivable or cash application experience required.
• Associate's Degree in a related field from a two-year college or technical school preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.

Our ingredients facility runs various whey streams, including; whey protein isolate (WPI), whey protein concentrate 34 (WPC 34), whey protein concentrate 80 (WPC 80) and both pharma and food-grade lactose.
