ABOUT THE JOB

Administer and maintain product data within JDE to ensure consistency and uphold data integrity. Serve as part of the Product Data Management group and provide backup support to other members of that group as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Facilitate all New Product Request (NPR) into JDE to ensure timely entry.
  • Ensure consistency and uphold data integrity from data request submission to JDE.
  • Monitor Engineering Change Request (ECR) process to ensure requested changes are reviewed in a timely manner.
  • Perform branch plant additions of existing items to ensure consistency and uphold data integrity
  • Partner with IT to ensure data integrity
  • Execute Product Reactivations and Deactivations.
  • Maintain Master lists for controlled documents.
  • Organize controlled documents in the Hawkins Quality Management System (HQMS) SharePoint site.
  • Provide and support internal and external customers with proper documentation Maintain product documentation database
  • Process purchased product C of A's Provide coverage for team


                ABOUT YOU:



                  • Education: High School Diploma
                  • Experience: 2+ years of experience with ERP required, JD Edwards preferred
                  • Personal computer experience: good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and Document Control Systems (WebDocs)
                  • Ability to complete basic math
                  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
                  • Ability to prioritize in the midst of multiple deadlines and maintain composure
                  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management
                  • Ability to accurately relay information to others within the databases used.
                  • Attention to detail and follow through in a consistent manner


                        PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

                        Ability to work in an office setting

                        No Travel required

                        Expected Compensation: $55,000-63,000 + 5% bonus eligibility
