The Enterprise Architect (EA) is expected to:

- Define and govern architecture standards, principles, and best practices for organization-wide adoption
- Drive strategic architecture alignment across key stakeholders, ensuring buy-in at all levels
This role will work in our Houston Corporate office and may work two (2) days a week remote. Responsibilities
- Spearhead firm-wide architectural initiatives with far-reaching impact
- Craft and drive a cutting-edge Enterprise and cross-Domain Architecture strategy
- Engage senior stakeholders globally, with a focus on New York
- Evolve our IT landscape to power long-term business goals
- Oversee and govern critical architecture activities
- Champion innovative architecture practices across the organization
- Lead architectural thought leadership, setting industry benchmarks
- Cultivate a thriving Architecture community firm-wide
- Design an EA framework aligning business ambitions with IT strategies
- Bridge the Technology-Business divide, fostering seamless collaboration
- Architect transformative roadmaps for systems, apps, and infrastructure
- Orchestrate cross-functional integration of tech solutions
- Ignite innovation, scalability, and cost-efficiency in our IT ecosystem
- Pioneer adoption of emerging technologies, keeping us ahead of the curve
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university. An advanced degree is a plus.
- 3 or more years of experience in solution architecture or technical architecture or enterprise architecture space
- Master of Frameworks: Deep knowledge of Enterprise Architecture models like TOGAF, Zachman, with the ability to apply them effectively.
- Strategic Visionary: A strategic thinker capable of structuring and delivering complex multi-year programs that align with business goals.
- Leadership Influence: Experience collaborating with and influencing senior architects and technology leaders, shaping their designs and decisions.
- Transformation Leader: Hands-on experience leading large-scale architecture transformation projects such as cloud migrations, modernization initiatives, geographic expansions, or acquisition integrations.
- Technical Innovator: Practical experience architecting cutting-edge technology solutions that drive scalability and innovation.
- Analytical Problem-Solver: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and deliver creative solutions.
- Global Collaborator: Experience working across time zones and geographies, fostering collaboration in a global environment.
- Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding relationship management, teamwork, and influence skills with the ability to communicate effectively at senior levels-both written and verbal.
- Desirable Knowledge: Familiarity with cybersecurity, resilience strategies, or emerging technologies like GenAI is a plus.

- Enterprise Architecture certification in any one framework
