Typical Day in the Life

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Application Developer specializing in Dynamics CRM (D365 Sales and Service applications) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing CRM solutions, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.

• Design, develop, and implement Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Customize and configure Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, and plugins.
  
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with other systems and applications.
  
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers.
  
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics CRM.
  
• Stay current on the latest developments in Dynamics CRM and related technologies.
  

Who You Are

• Minimum 10+ years of application development experience in any platform/language
  
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM development (Sales and/or Service apps)
  
• Proficiency in C# Plugins, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, Azure Functions, MS Power Apps w/ Dataverse and XRM Toolkit
  
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture and customization framework
• Hands on experience with Power Platform, notably:
  • MS Power Apps - Model Driven Apps & Dataverse
  • MS Power Automate
  • MS Sharepoint Online
