LSSI is hiring a full-time IS HR Business Analyst, 3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00pm.
Responsible for managing and optimizing the various HR systems and processes within the organization. This involves working with business stakeholders and ensuring the right solutions are in place to automate processes and eliminate waste effectively and efficiently.

Essential Functions:
- Maintain and update HRIS systems, ensuring data quality and system efficiency.
- Perform statistical analysis on HR data, run queries, and generate reports.
- Provide training and technical support to HR staff and other departments.
- Ensure applications are upgraded and patched to ensure functionality, compliance and security.
- Develop and implement new processes and systems for efficient HR management.
- Integrate new software and perform diagnostic tests to ensure seamless operation.
- Conduct audits on HR processes and documents, including hiring, termination, and payroll administration.
- Document processes, identify HR concerns, and compile data analysis reports.
- Keep track of technology advancements and trends in HRIS including but not limited to artificial intelligence.
- Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest and fair manner.
Position Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or 10 years' experience in IT required.
- Background check clearance required.
- OWASP or equivalent training completion required.
- Human Resource Information Professional (HRIS) certification preferred.
- Cloud certification related to Applications and SaaS platforms preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Experience as an HRIS analyst or a similar role required.
- Experience with Dayforce preferred.
- Database management, reporting and report generation experience is required.
- Experience with statistical methods and artificial intelligence and its application to HR required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Cloud and SaaS application implementations preferred.
- Five (5) to ten (10) years' experience implementing, maintaining, and supporting HR applications required.
- Five (5) to ten (10) years' experience with data integration projects across multiple applications and platforms required.
- Five (5) to ten (10) years' experience with analysis dashboard to support data-driven decisions preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, verbally and written.
- Excellent organization, presentation and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software. Valid driver's license, in good standing for the state of residency required. Access to reliable transportation required.
