Social Media Content Creator

We're seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Content Creator for a dynamic and innovative company in the real estate sector. If you have a passion for producing high-quality graphics and videos that captivate and drive engagement, this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact. This will be a 12 month engagement, fully remote, that does require travel up to 30%.

• Content Creation & Design: Develop and edit visually striking graphics and videos tailored for social platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Event Coverage: Capture real-time, dynamic content at live events and on-location projects to create engaging and immersive visuals.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with teams to align content with business objectives and broader marketing strategies.
• Trend Adaptation: Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors to craft culturally relevant content that resonates with target audiences.
• Platform Optimization: Tailor content for different social media channels to ensure maximum reach and performance.
• Content Management: Maintain and organize a centralized content library for easy team access and efficiency.

• Proven experience in creating social-first content, with an ability to shoot engaging, on-brand visuals for digital platforms.
• Strong proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro, including motion graphics and animation.
• Expertise in graphic design using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and their unique content requirements.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for live event coverage and on-location content capture.
• A proactive, creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $38.38-$41.12 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
