Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee staff to ensure efficient operations and goal alignment.
• Serve as the final authority on all divisional and departmental issues in accordance with corporate policies.

• Foster a culture of ownership and accountability, reinforcing the importance of customer satisfaction.
• Allocate resources, manage personnel decisions, and oversee performance appraisals.
• Establish and implement operational goals that align with corporate objectives.
• Manage divisional budgets, track operating expenses, and prepare monthly operational reports.
• Oversee purchasing processes and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Collaborate with suppliers and customers as needed, including participation in customer audits.
• Ensure a safe and compliant working environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by executive leadership.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within manufacturing or distribution industry.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise a diverse team across multiple departments.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Deep knowledge of staffing, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
• Ability to multitask effectively while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong collaboration skills with all levels of management, executive leadership, and support staff.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
