The Opportunity: Avantor is looking for a dedicated Supervisor - Maintenance & Reliability to help maintain efficiency of production equipment while leading a small team. This role will be a full-time position located at our Nusil Technologies facility in Bakersfield, CA. If you have facilities maintenance and electrical troubleshooting and repair experience in a manufacturing environment - let's talk! The team As part of NuSil's Biomaterials Operations Mechanical Organization, the Electrical Controls Team is a sub entity of the Reliability and Maintenance business unit which is responsible for helping with the maintenance and workflow of the facility. How you will thrive and create an impact As the Supervisor of Maintenance & Reliability (Electrical & Controls), you will develop and lead the Electrical & Controls Team of four Electrical Instrumentation Technicians to maintain efficiency of production equipment, continuous improvement of electrical controls, troubleshooting and repairing critical equipment, maintaining the monthly preventative maintenance, maintain all trainings for electrical OSHA requirements, maintaining and updating all equipment drawings to current status, contributing to PHA requirements through OSHA and ASME standards.
