Supervises approximately 8 to 10 Ski & Ride School Support Staff. This includes managing schedules and daily tasks. This position is responsible for ensuring outstanding guest service is provided throughout the Ski & Ride School arrival process. Assists in setting up and maintaining the Ski & Ride School beginner area Manages the general upkeep of the Mammoth Kids building Collaborates with other departments to manage ticket sales, a small retail section, and the ordering of food and supplies This position reports to the Main Lodge Ski & Ride School Senior Manager Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent experience Previous supervisory and guest service experience desirable Strong people skills Detail oriented Hourly Pay: $24.84-$33.64 To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
