Adobe is launching innovative new products, features, and workflow improvements to our customers in our Creative Cloud apps and services on a regular and ongoing basis - from Adobe Photoshop to Adobe Premiere Pro and beyond.

We are seeking a skilled Principal Product Marketing Manager to own and drive product marketing responsibilities for major Creative Cloud product launches! This role will work across many teams to help to amplify the impact of these launches, craft messaging and value propositions for launches, align senior leadership, and work collaboratively across many different cross-functional teams to drive successful marketing execution for our launches.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement messaging and go-to-market strategies for Creative Cloud product launches

  • Collaborate with different Product Marketing teams to align messaging and GTM strategies

  • Craft and drive initial requirements, internal reviews and conduct briefings with strategic partners across the organization.

  • Build relationships with marketing teams and creative teams to bring marketing initiatives to life

  • Initiate and build internal reporting processes product launches and help teams improve their efficiency

  • Collaborate with your product management partners to ensure the category product roadmap stays up to date

  • Encourage adoption and use of release marketing processes, templates, and standard practices

  • Maintain and centralize internal communications to keep teams informed about the upcoming launches and roadmap

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred OR equivalent practical experience in marketing and business.

  • 10+ years of Product marketing experience, with a focus on release marketing preferred.

  • Strong messaging capabilities and the skill to develop compelling stories and product narratives

  • A strategic approach and ability to think creatively with new strategies and marketing approaches

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience working with senior leaders

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with many teams to drive execution

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to find opportunities for process and execution improvements

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and prioritize in collaboration with several partners

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $141,200 -- $249,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
