The Test Automation Lead/Principal Software Engineer will be in a hands-on role leading a small team of test automation engineers on the development of automated tests for the next-gen Spacelabs Patient Monitoring and Connectivity (PMC) platform for software and hardware. This position requires a deep understanding of solid design, development, verification, and project management practices. The role will work closely with cross-functional groups such as Systems, Hardware, Verification, Electrical and Software Engineering. The PMC platform includes an enterprise of networked patient monitors physically located on multiple hospital floors communicating with several central stations. The successful candidate for this role will have experience in software development and test automation in an agile development environment. The role requires a hands-on development mentality that can create the work the test automation team will be required to execute upon, in addition to taking on development efforts. Responsibilities
