About the Role: We are currently looking for a professional with comprehensive client management experience including administrative skills to fill the position of Coordinator.Coordinators are key to orchestrating our customer support including managing various responsibilities and process flow (e.g., application processing, assessment scheduling, assessment deliverable processing, maintaining records including database entry) to support our clients for them to remain in good standing with multiple requirements. The coordinator will interface with clients, assessors, committee members, and other staff to coordinate the delivery of accreditation and assessment services. The coordinator's role must juggle various responsibilities within assigned timelines, requirements, and customer support, with an understanding and care of the importance of maintaining a balance. This position will be based out of our Fort Wayne IN office. Essential Functions:
