*Description* -National Campaigns Unit provides shareholder communications for public companies on behalf of internal clients -Shareholder communications includes inbound, outbound, and email response -The world's leading organizations work with us to maximize their relationships with investors, employees, creditors, members, and customers -Handle outbound calls within an acceptable time-period in a courteous and professional manner *Top Skills Details* Customer service,Computer,Phone Calls,Outbound Calls,Microsoft Office *Additional Skills & Qualifications* MUST HAVE: -HS Diploma or GED required -6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, etc. experience -Good speaking voice -Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking -Ability to work any day of the week from 12pm-11pm Equipment Requirements: -Windows (10 or 11) - No Lenex, Chrome, MAC, etc. -Headsets - need USB headsets (no wireless) -Dual monitors will be benefited, but not required -Ability to come off mute when called on (unacceptable not to participate), materials open and are on the current example that is being shared, and participating in the chat when asked to complete a task -Internet Speed: 50 download/ 10 upload *Experience Level* Entry Level Please contact me for more details! *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
