Job Summary

Lead role in practice acquisitions for the Accounting Department. Responsible for multiple project type activities across the system. Position interacts with all levels of management to provide analysis, research, and recommend process improvements for the achievement of the System financial goals and to support the organization's strategic plan.

A hybrid work schedule can be considered for this position.

Essential Functions

  • Leads and manages accounting-related projects for acquisitions, ensuring financial data is accurately integrated into Prisma Health's financial systems.

  • Supports the maintenance, optimization, and day-to-day operations of the current financial system, Workday.

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient data transfer for new acquisitions and operational changes.

  • Monitors financial processes related to acquisitions and special projects, ensuring compliance with Prisma Health's financial policies and industry regulations.

  • Assists with system updates, enhancements, and troubleshooting within Workday, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the organization.

  • Creates and maintains detailed documentation for project workflows, system configurations, and financial integration processes.

  • Provides project management support for various special projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

  • Performs other duties related to financial systems as assigned.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities

  • This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

  • Experience - Five (5) years of accounting or finance experience
