About the Role
As an HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing HR systems that power payroll, timekeeping, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, and more. You'll ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot system issues, and create insightful reports to support business decisions. This is a high-impact role where technology and human resources intersect, giving you the opportunity to enhance efficiency, compliance, and user experience across our HR platforms.
What You'll Do
  • Own HR System Administration - Manage system configurations, access controls, and data workflows for HR platforms, ensuring seamless operation.
  • Ensure Data Accuracy & Integrity - Conduct audits, troubleshoot discrepancies, and maintain accurate employee records across multiple systems.
  • Optimize & Innovate - Continuously evaluate system features and workflows, implementing improvements for greater efficiency and compliance.
  • Deliver Actionable Insights - Create, modify, and distribute reports, charts, and data files to support HR and business decisions.
  • Drive System Integrations - Manage the flow of HR data between internal platforms, vendors, and business units, ensuring smooth connectivity.
  • Enhance User Experience - Provide training, documentation, and technical support to ensure users understand and maximize system functionality.
  • Collaborate Across Teams - Work with IT, HR, payroll, benefits, and recruiting teams to align technology with business needs.
What We're Looking For
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of HRIS administration, including managing HR data and generating complex reports.
  • HR Systems Expertise: Experience with UKG/UltiPro preferred; time & attendance system administration is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
    • Intermediate experience with Power BI, Microsoft Access, and Visio.
    • Proficiency in SQL, HRIS reporting tools, and relational databases.
  • Analytical Thinker: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret policies, business needs, and system requirements.
  • Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing data and audits.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand explanations for non-technical users.

Zone 1: Starting rate $95,000; up to $110,000 for highly qualified candidates
