As a Business Intelligence (BI) Data Analyst at The Pasha Group, you'll play a critical role in transforming raw data into meaningful analytics that drive smarter decision-making. Your Mission: Analyze, Innovate & Optimize Turn Data into Actionable Insights - Collect, analyze, and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that help leadership make informed decisions. Design Next-Level BI Dashboards - Build interactive, visually compelling reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Business Objects. Mine & Transform Data - Extract, clean, and structure data from multiple internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy and usability. Enable Smarter Decision-Making - Conduct deep root cause analysis, variance assessments, and data storytelling to provide context and clarity. Optimize BI Strategy - Contribute to continuous improvement of BI standards, protocols, and reporting best practices. Ensure Data Integrity - Document data dictionaries, test metric accuracy, and perform QA testing to drive consistency across all reports. Drive Business Adoption - Train end-users on BI tools, dashboard functionalities, and best practices, improving data literacy across teams. What You Bring to the Table Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence. 2+ years of designing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and KPIs using BI tools. Technical Expertise: Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, SAP Business Objects, or Power Pivot. Strong knowledge of SQL Queries and database structures. Understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensions, measures, and hierarchies. Analytical & Critical Thinking - Ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations. Exceptional Communication Skills - Ability to translate data insights into business-friendly language, enabling clear and impactful storytelling.
