Location: Radnor, PA (Airgas HO) - Management How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? The Team Lead drives the design, development, and delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements. This role leads technical initiatives, provides expert guidance to development teams, and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business and IT objectives. As a senior member, the Team Lead guides the evolution of projects and processes, fostering technical excellence while mentoring developers and championing best practices. The Team Lead serves as the primary point of contact for technical solutions, providing expertise in design, build, and configuration. They are responsible for leading a team of developers, prioritizing business initiatives, coordinating project deliverables, and ensuring smooth project execution while influencing projects and vendors to adhere to IT processes and policies. They also contribute to the stability of the IT infrastructure, including systems and software, and drive the design and implementation of robust and scalable software solutions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
