We have an opportunity for an Enterprise EHS Specialist to join our Golden Valley, MN team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to help the organization make informed decisions on strategic EHS initiatives, while driving key programs and supporting safety culture transformation across our global sites.

You will:

  • Develop and deliver EHS programs to Pentair sites, partnering with regional EHS Managers, Plant Leaders, and EHS Site Managers to ensure effective implementation.
  • Lead the deployment of Pentair's Safety Culture Transformation initiative across global sites, ensuring alignment with corporate safety goals.
  • Provide enterprise-wide EHS training and development, ensuring consistency and compliance with safety standards across all Pentair locations.
  • Track, monitor, and analyze EHS metrics to assess performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to data examination, including data cleansing, verification, and visualization initiatives, to support key business metrics.
  • Plan, lead, and manage EHS projects that cross multiple business lines, ensuring alignment with Pentair's strategic priorities.
  • Utilize data mining and advanced analytics to generate insights for strategic discussions with leadership teams in operations, sustainability, and finance.
  • Proactively collaborate with stakeholders to address business gaps or opportunities identified through data analysis.
  • Support EHS Data Management and reporting efforts.
  • Serve as Program Manager/Coordinator for:
    • Policies and procedures
    • Document control
    • Website management
    • EHS communications
    • Playbook development
    • Central Hub admin duties
    • Coordination of EHS Management Systems
    • EHS training coordination
  • Lead initiatives related to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance).
  • Up to 30% domestic travel to manufacturing facilities and for other business-related activities.
  • Occasional international travel may be required.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental health & safety (EHS), business, statistics, actuarial science, supply chain, quantitative analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics and leading cross-functional projects. EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred.
  • Strong expertise in data analysis, database design, data mining, data visualization, and advanced analytics tools.
  • Proven ability to develop reports, dashboards, and models that explore trends, identify preventive measures, and drive corrective actions.
  • Familiarity with EHS regulations, processes, and procedures, with experience in safety culture transformation preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Program management and finance experience are a plus.

Compensation:

For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $95500 - $177300 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs.

This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus.
