Job Summary: The Leasing Assistant position is responsible for providing administrative support to the leasing department and administrative accountabilities related to affiliated businesses. You will be expected to communicate well and be professional.

Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):



  • Responsible for maintaining accurate records related to lease transactions, updating insurance information and titles, and maintaining a working knowledge of lease and loan operating systems including the preparation and maintenance of credit and customer files
  • Completion of OFAC and CIP forms and prepare UCC Filings/Searches
  • Update Lease System with UCC's, Titles and Insurance information
  • Process daily deposits and post payments into leasing and loan operating systems
  • Complete month-end reports and spreadsheets


Minimum Requirements:



  • High school diploma
  • 1 year banking experience
  • Dependable, organized, team player with a positive attitude
  • Willing to continuously learn and grow within the organization


Preferred Qualifications:



  • 2-year associates degree
  • 2 years banking experience
  • Ability to multi-task, be organized, effective time management and the ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner


Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Workplace Environment:



  • Requires face-to-face interaction and coordination of work with other employees and departments, and in-person interaction.
  • Working at a computer and utilizing a telephone
  • Occasionally lifting up to 50lbs


Pay Range: $19.60 - $22.05 hourly

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. The salary range represents anticipated base pay for this role. The actual pay offered will consider internal equity and may vary based on factors including but not limited to work location, candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
