The Threat Intelligence Specialist actively supports threat hunting activities and provides actionable insights to mitigate risks. Primary Responsibilities: Collaborate with cybersecurity leadership and teams to share threat intelligence and best practices. Manage threat intelligence feeds and ensure timely dissemination of security advisories. Partner with incident response teams to apply intelligence insights to ongoing investigations. Identify potential threats to network resources and recommend remediation strategies. Provide guidance and training to employees on identifying and reporting insider threat indicators. Conduct regular analysis of threats to maintain updated indicators of compromise. Ensure compliance with internal cybersecurity policies and industry standards. Identify emerging threats and contribute to the evolution of cybersecurity strategies. Stay updated on the latest developments in insider threat detection and mitigation strategies. Additional Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrated expertise in performing intrusion data analysis and threat factor analysis. Advanced ability to anticipate threats, address intelligence gaps, and convert intelligence requirements into actionable intelligence production tasks. Proven ability to translate operational requirements into security controls and conduct comprehensive risk assessments. Proficiency in identifying network threats and understanding network attack vectors.
