Detailing Project Manager: This is where you come in. We're seeking a detail-oriented Detailing Project Manager with a passion for project coordination, BIM management, and lean construction processes. As a Detailing Project Manager, you will be instrumental in managing project needs within our Detailing and Operations Department. You'll oversee BIM scheduling and processes, lead Pull Plan meetings, and drive the Design-to-Fabrication process across various projects. This role requires close collaboration with Field Project Management teams to ensure smooth coordination from project kickoff to completion. - A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Compensation:
- Jr. Project Manager (3 to 5 years of experience) - $77,000 to $100,000 annually
- Sr. Project Manager (6 to 10 years of experience) - $97,000 to $126,000 annually
