Job Title: Domain Leader - Federal Financials
Clearance Required: Not required
Work Location: Hybrid: Vienna, VA and Remote

Alpha Omega is seeking a qualified Domain Leader for Federal Financials, who will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the strategic vision and operations of this business. This role involves strategic planning, P&L management, business development, team leadership, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals, especially in the context of Federal Financial Agencies. The Domain Leader will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business development opportunities, innovation, efficiency, and excellence in our clients.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Team Leadership:


    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team with expertise in Federal Financial Agencies.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
    • Lead Federal HRIS and ERP practice and business development/capture efforts


  • P&L Management:


    • Oversee the domain's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
    • Ensure profitable growth and cost management within the domain.
    • Develop strategies to optimize financial performance and achieve financial targets.


  • Business Development:


    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the domain of the Federal Financial Agencies.
    • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with organizations, government agencies, and private sector entities.
    • Create and implement business development strategies to expand the domain's reach and impact.
    • Participate in negotiations and contract discussions with potential partners and
    • Leverage GovCon Industry and Product Company relationships to position Alpha Omega to leverage the ERP/SaaS modernization wave


  • Strategic Planning:


    • Develop and implement a strategic vision for the domain, focusing on Federal Financial and Regulatory Agencies including FDIC, NCUA, Ginnie Mae, SEC, OCC, PBGC, and related quasi-Federal agencies Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae.
    • Align domain goals with the company's overall objectives, particularly in the context of Federal Financial and Regulatory Agencies.
    • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within this domain.
    • Implement innovative solutions to enhance domain performance.
    • clients.


  • Stakeholder Management:


    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all domain-related matters.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials and internal leaders.
    • Communicate domain performance and insights to senior management, with a focus on growth and impact.




Qualifications:



  • Education:


    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field


  • Experience:


    • 10 years of experience in a leadership role within federal financials
    • Experience growing businesses units/domains through operational excellence and driving new business wins.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing teams in a government consulting business.
    • Experience with P&L management (minimum of $50 mil), including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.


  • Skills:


    • Deep understanding of federal financials experience required.
    • Expertise in driving new business wins with a bias toward action.
    • Strong leadership and people management skills.
    • Excellent strategic planning and organizational abilities.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.




Salary and Benefit Information:

The likely salary range for this position is $250,000 - $300,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position and could fall outside of this range.
