*Description*
Key Responsibilities: Network Management: * Design, implement, maintain, and continually improve network storage and physical or virtualized environments. * Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues. * Ensure network security and compliance with policies. * Manage network hardware and services software upgrades. System Administration: * Build, configure, deploy, document, and maintain servers. * Design, implement, test, and document BCDR systems. * Manage Active Directory domain services, policies, and objects. * Manage authentication, authorization, and access controls. * Ensure system security and data integrity. Technical Support: * Provide technical support to team members. * Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. * Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures. * Train users on new technologies and best practices. Project Management: * Plan and execute IT projects. * Collaborate with departments to determine project OKRs. * Coordinate with vendors and service providers. * Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. * Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions. Compliance and Documentation: * Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation. * Conduct regular audits and remediations. * Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures. Qualifications: Required: * Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field. * 3+ years of experience in network and systems administration. * Proficiency in network management and system administration tools. * Experience with Active Directory and BCDR systems. * Linux (Red Hat) experience. * VMWare expertise. * Storage/SAN (IBM Flash Storage/NetApp) knowledge. *Skills* Linux, System administrator, Infrastructure, Active directory, storage, virtualization, network infrastructure, Vmware, Server administrator, netapp *Top Skills Details* Linux,System administrator,Infrastructure,Active directory,storage,virtualization,network infrastructure,Vmware,Server administrator *Additional Skills & Qualifications* 80-110k guaranteed bonus 10% of salary paid out quarterly. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
