What We Do We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join our enterprise IT team. This role will focus on the administration, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Intune and related Endpoint Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale device deployments in an enterprise setting, ensuring security, compliance, and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager solutions to ensure secure and efficient device management across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain policies, configurations, and compliance standards for Windows devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Create and manage device configuration profiles, applications, and updates to maintain a consistent user experience and ensure software is up-to-date.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to device enrollment, application deployment, and policy compliance.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to develop and maintain a comprehensive device management strategy, incorporating best practices and industry standards.
  • Assist in developing & maintaining documentation related to Intune configurations, policies, and procedures.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong experience in managing and deploying Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager solutions (or other related technologies).
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems, Entra ID/Active Directory, and Group Policy.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) concepts and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry best practices.

Pay Range: $95,350 - $127,125 Annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and geographic location.
