Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS) including critical path.
  • Development of Baseline Change Proposals schedule integration, data integrity and compliance.
  • Receipt, analysis and communication of subcontractor schedule files.
  • Facilitation of month end schedule update process.
  • Integration of risk with cost and schedule.
  • Facilitate Organizing, Planning/Scheduling, Work Authorization, Accounting, Cost Management and Reporting/Analysis within the Electronic Industries Alliance - EIA-748 Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Compliance requirements.
  • Develop IMS/Integrated Master Plan (IMP)/(Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Activity Network, Charging Integration, etc.)
  • Integrate field execution within IMS/IMP.
  • Ensure change management is executed for their specific assigned scope.
  • Develop input to Weekly, Monthly, Special Topics, Quarter Program Review and other management/customer reporting.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • BS or BA Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business with 15 plus years of project control experience OR HS Diploma/GED and 20 years of construction and government project controls experience.
  • Must have a strong knowledge of project control fundamentals including the ability to prepare various financial and schedule reports and presentations.
  • Must be capable of researching and analyzing critical factors in schedules, budget/cost, and performance measures.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in use of P6, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint and performance-based management systems is essential.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
  • Previous jobs in the Petrochemical industries.
  • Prior U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) federal contracting environment experience and EVMS implementation work experience in this field. Experience with SAP, SAFRAN Risk and Cobra.
  • Current Project Management Professional (PMP), Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP), and EVM certifications/licenses required.
  • Must be U.S. citizen.
  • Successful drug screening.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security or clearance badge.

Location/Work Arrangement:

  • This position is Remote Work Arrangement with occasional travel required.
