Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain control level schedules for Fluor Federal Petroleum Operations Latest Estimate 2 field tasks and execution including Commissioning, Transition-to-Operations and Outage Completion.
  • Review/Vette contractor progress and schedule status reporting.
  • Supports Construction in the field daily (attend contractor, technology transfer office, operations and other meetings).
  • Develop weekly construction flash status reports.
  • Calculate and report plan versus actual using Earned Value methodologies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma/GED and Twenty (20) years' experience or bachelor's degree preferably in a technical discipline and sixteen (16) years of experience in performing a combination of the following functions: execution of project control methodologies and techniques, and strong Primavera, Office, general oral and written communications skills.
  • Familiar with project execution requirements
  • Familiar with U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) 413.3B requirements.
  • Significant background industrial piping and mechanical with some experience in electrical and instrumentation.
  • Must be U.S. citizen.
  • Successful drug screening.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security or clearance badge.

Location/Work Arrangement:

  • This position is Remote Work Arrangement with occasional travel and will require 50 hours per week.
