Summary:

Bamboo Health is seeking an experienced sales executive to drive new enterprise health system growth in key markets. As a Market Development Director, you will be responsible for selling to the largest and most influential health systems in the country. You will lead efforts to establish strategic partnerships with new health system customers, driving adoption of Bamboo Health's Care Coordination solutions.

This role requires building deep relationships with top executives at leading health systems, understanding their challenges, and identifying opportunities to expand our network. You will own a territory and be responsible for executing growth strategies to meet aggressive sales targets.

What You'll Do:

  • Meet and exceed sales revenue targets through new health system customer acquisition
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Expand Bamboo Health's footprint by securing net new health system customers
  • Implement creative and effective prospecting strategies to generate meetings
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline that leads to executed contracts
  • Engage executives and key stakeholders to develop high-value sales opportunities
  • Lead deal negotiation and contracting, ensuring alignment with the prospect's budgeting process and timelines
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts
  • Communicate effectively with leadership regarding risks, opportunities, and sales performance
  • Maintain accurate records in SFDC CRM to track deals and opportunity progression
  • Lead commercial growth by developing and executing strategic and tactical plans within your assigned territory
  • Provide feedback to improve processes and optimize sales strategies
  • Continuously learn and develop new skills while mentoring and supporting team members

What Success Looks Like...

In 3 months:

  • Gain a strong understanding of your territory and develop a plan to efficiently achieve quota
  • Deeply understand the challenges Bamboo Health solves and the solutions we provide
  • Independently present Bamboo Health solutions and facilitate prospect meetings with team leadership support
  • Secure meetings with key buyers and establish a solid, sellable pipeline

In 6 months:

  • Build a strong, sellable pipeline that is on track to meet quota goals
  • Begin generating revenue and take greater ownership of prospect meetings
  • Execute against quarterly forecasts and sales targets
  • Develop and implement execution plans to position yourself for ongoing success

In 12 months:

  • Independently build, manage, and grow a sellable pipeline to consistently meet or exceed quota
  • Deliver accurate and consistent quarterly forecasts
  • Contribute to the organization beyond sales, aligning with personal and professional development goals
  • Establish yourself as a thought leader within enterprise accounts and help drive the strategic growth of the enterprise team

What You Need:

  • 7+ years of experience selling enterprise software technology solutions to Health Systems.
  • Experience selling in value-based care, care management / care coordination, and population health.
  • Knowledge of value-based care payment and financial models.
  • Experience selling both technology and services driven solutions to Health Systems.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceptional performance - achieving or exceeding sales quotas and demonstrating YOY sales growth.
  • Excellent writing & presentation skills.
  • Strong sense of team and the ability to work collaboratively to develop productive & effective working relationships.
  • A high level of judgment, analytical ability, and creativity in investigating problems that require original and innovative solutions.
  • Experience working a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environments.
  • A work environment that is conducive to high quality virtual interactions. This includes, but is not limited to, being able to work from a quiet space with minimal interruptions or distractions, and a strong internet connection.
  • The ability to travel frequently (approximately 50%) for work.
