DESCRIPTION OF WORK
-
As a Custodial Work Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring quality control as related to the housekeeping functions for individuals and staff in all living areas and program areas through the completion of environmental audits and sanitation inspections. This professional also engages in a variety of supervisory tasks in all buildings and residential program offices, storage areas, and other occupied spaces throughout the facility. Within this role, it is essential to adhere to the sanitation standards set forth by the Department of Public Welfare and other regulating agencies such as the Department of Health. - Full-time employment
- Work hours are 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Overtime and travel as needed.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Custodial Worker 2 (commonwealth title); or
- Two years of experience performing custodial work.
Other Requirements:

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Legal Requirements:
- A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
- Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
