SMB -Inside Sales Representative, LHH

Our SMB segment at LHH is experiencing hypergrowth, and we are expanding our team to capitalize on this momentum. We are looking to hire Account Executives to drive growth within the 1-50 employee segment-a market of 120,000 companies with significant potential.

You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, focusing on identifying the right fit clients and demonstrating the value of our LHH outplacement and mobility solution.

  • SDR Manager Midmarket, LHH

What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle - prospect, pitch, close.
  • Work inbound leads + run targeted outbound outreach.
  • Use SFDC, Outreach, Sales Nav to drive pipeline.
  • Sell consultatively - understand SMB pain points & position LHH solutions.
  • Smash targets & help scale our fastest growing segment

All About You

  • Minimum 2 years in SaaS, tech, or B2B outbound sales (SDR/AE experience)
  • Experience with sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Nav)
  • Strong acquisition mindset to secure of new logos- thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth space.
  • Strong communicator with a passion for helping businesses grow.

Placement within this range is determined based on geographic location, experience, and other compensatory factors.
