Why this role Advisors of Listing Optimization help create and maintain stand-out online listings for Evolve homes across vacation rental listing sites including Airbnb, Vrbo, and Evolve.com. In this role, you will be responsible for writing and optimizing dynamic, high-performing copy that accurately depicts each property's most attractive attributes, as well as building the "nuts and bolts" of each listing, such as fee and amenity structures.

The right candidate for this position is a self-starter who is extremely organized, resourceful, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and is able to work both independently and collaboratively. You will need to thrive in an environment where not everything is black and white, and apply sound judgment to make informed decisions. What you'll do



  • Write and edit strategic, high-performing copy that captures every detail of new homes, accurately marketing Evolve properties to travelers to encourage bookings
  • Research property locations to identify and incorporate SEO-specific selling points, ensuring each listing appeals to its target audience
  • Balance owner requests with Evolve's quality and brand standards, making and communicating strategic decisions on which property features to highlight for maximum impact
  • Work efficiently on creating listings without sacrificing quality
  • Adapt to rapidly changing priorities and processes based on current needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate owner feedback and market insights into the listing build process, while maintaining clear and consultative communication across teams
  • Edit content on existing listings, based on property changes & owner requests
  • Carry out shifting content initiatives based on current needs
  • Confidently make decisions to complete tasks even when not all the answers are provided, using resourcefulness and critical thinking to navigate ambiguity


What makes you a great fit



  • 1+ years copywriting or technical writing experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, or Journalism preferred
  • Strong critical thinking, time management, and project management abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team-player mentality & ability to adapt to change
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong proofreading & editing abilities
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends as needed to support the needs of the business
  • Ability to work until at least 3:00 PM Mountain Time


Compensation

For this role our pay rate is $24.99 per hour

Location

All Evolve team members must live in one of our approved locations by their first day. We can hire from anywhere in the U.S. except D.C. and Hawaii. Some positions may also have restrictions based on compensation in the following states: California, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Washington. If you live in Colorado, you can work remotely anywhere in the state, at our downtown Denver office, or a hybrid of both!
