HVAC Technician

Schedule: Monday - Friday (night and weekend availability required)

Pay Rate: $29 - $35 per hour

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of HVAC/general maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, or equivalent education and training in building trades
• 2-year HVAC technical certificate or state-approved HVAC license
• EPA Universal Refrigeration License
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally between properties

Job Duties:

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including servicing belts, pulleys, condensate lines, compressors, burners, and heat exchangers.
• Conduct repairs on steam/hot water boilers, diagnose airflow and ducting issues, and ensure compliance with EPA refrigerant regulations.
• Address mechanical, electrical, and system failures (e.g., circuit boards, compressors, leaks) with expertise in copper brazing.
• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry tasks to maintain facilities in top condition.
• Use technology to manage work orders, create reports, and track timesheets, expense logs, and purchase card logs.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams, provide project estimates, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Complete required safety and compliance training and attend safety meetings. Perform additional duties as assigned.
