Building Services Technician

Pay Rate: $19 - $22 per hour

Schedule: 2nd Shift, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (with some flexibility)

Responsibilities:

• Perform on-demand work orders (WOs) and scheduled preventive maintenance (PMs) and inspections.
• Handle tasks like meeting room setups, furniture moves, carpet stain treatments, and basic lighting, plumbing, and HVAC work.
• Collaborate with the Office Service Coordinator to share responsibilities and offer support.
• Work alongside service providers and employees to identify and resolve facility-related issues.
• Communicate effectively with team members, internal staff, and external customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide office support services as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of related experience or training. Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Drywall, or Handyman experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Proficient with basic hand tools, power tools, and foundational knowledge of building operating systems.
