• Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about products or services, take, enter, or cancel orders.
• Assist in managing reports for order processing.
• Manage customer emails with accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken and escalate to management.
• Determine charges for products requested and provide cost estimates.
• Collaborate effectively with the sales team to ensure the best customer experience.
