We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to help build meaningful solutions that improve lives. At Bamboo Health, we develop customer-facing, web-based applications that facilitate care coordination. As part of our team, you will work across all tiers of our application, exploring new technologies and approaches as we scale.

What You'll Do:

* Collaborate with your team and engineering leadership to maintain high standards of design, security, and performance, ensuring scalable, high-quality solutions.

* Partner with the product team to align technical solutions with customer needs.

* Design, develop, and enhance new and existing Salesforce features.

* Plan and contribute to the next generation of software products with scalability and long-term maintainability in mind.

* Champion best practices in Salesforce development and drive continuous improvement.

* Ensure all updates and enhancements align with future system growth and performance optimization.

* Deliver high-quality development work consistently.

* Conduct code reviews to maintain and improve team quality standards.

• Identify and drive system optimizations to improve scalability and user experience.
• Actively contribute to the design process and roadmap planning.
• Serve as a trusted partner to product and engineering teams.

What You Need:

* BS in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.

* 2-4+ years of experience in Salesforce development and configuration.

* Expertise in configuring Salesforce components, including messaging, Omnichannel, Data Raptors, Flows, document generation, call center, agent work queues, roles, and permissions.

* Experience configuring AWS Connect for integrated voice calls within Salesforce softphones, including IVR setup.

* Proficiency in Apex and Health Cloud Data Models, with hands-on experience in objects such as Patient, Care Plan, and Clinical Data Models.

* Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Component Framework, particularly within Health Cloud (e.g., care coordination and patient management).

* Health Cloud data management and security expertise, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and efficient SOQL/SOSL queries.

* Integration experience with EHR systems and healthcare IT solutions, leveraging FHIR/HL7 APIs, MuleSoft, and middleware solutions.

* Strong grasp of Salesforce administration and configuration, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and user roles/permissions.

* Experience with AWS or other public cloud environments.

* Proficiency in serverless technologies, Python, Spring Boot, React, or modern Java frameworks, is a plus.

* Ability to work in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments.

* Remote work readiness: a dedicated workspace with strong internet connectivity.
