The Talent Specialist will support talent processes and implement solutions to help assess, develop, and retain our associates. This role will focus on creating positive employee experiences while supporting organizational growth.

Reporting to the Director, HR - Talent and Learning, this position does not have direct reports but will work closely with various leaders and managers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain talent programs and processes

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other HR teams to execute talent/performance initiatives

  • Assist in the use of HR technology for talent management processes

  • Collect and analyze data to track the effectiveness of talent programs

  • Create and deliver training materials and presentations on talent management tools

  • Provide support for regular talent management activities

  • Assist in the implementation of technology enhancements for talent processes

  • Stay informed about current talent management practices and trends

  • Support diversity and inclusion efforts in talent programs

  • Help create job aids and supporting tools for talent management

Required Skills:
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to build relationships with and work with various stakeholders at different levels

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel

  • Experience with HR data analysis and reporting

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 5-7 years of relevant HR experience

  • Experience in talent management processes and systems

  • Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS

  • Knowledge of performance management and succession planning practices
