About the Role

We are looking for a Channel Program Manager to drive execution, optimization and growth support the execution, management, and optimization of our global Nexus Partner Program. This role will be responsible for coordinating key program initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, and driving engagement and impact through effective communication and partner success strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in channel program management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to enhance our partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management & Execution



  • Oversee daily operations Drive efficiency of the day-to-day management of the Nexus Partner Program, ensuring alignment with Ping's Channel & Alliances strategy and the needs of our dynamic partner community.
  • Coordinate partner onboarding, tiering, and compliance tracking, ensuring smooth execution of program requirements.
  • Continuously assess program performance, gathering insights from partner teams to drive improvements. and refine these processes to enhance usability and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with partner marketing, enablement, delivery readiness, and operations teams to ensure partners have access to the resources they need for continued growth within our program.
  • Assist in managing partner incentives, promotions, and program benefits to drive engagement and retention.


Partner Communications & Engagement



  • Develop and Llead cross-functional collaboration of the channel communications strategy to ensure , ensuring clear and consistent messaging and high partner engagement across all across all partner touchpoints.
  • Develop and coordinate partner newsletters, program announcements, and content to keep partners informed and engaged.
  • Serve as a key liaison to help partners understand program benefits, new offerings, and strategic initiatives.


Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement



  • Apply Lean in with a 'Partner-First' mindset while collaborating with engaging with various stakeholders to facilitate changes and transition concepts into actionable plans, ensuring swift implementation and adoption of partner programs and incentives.
  • Work closely with Ping partner teams, including sales, marketing, operations, enablement, and product teams to ensure alignment and success of partner initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance program efficiency, scalability, and partner satisfaction.
  • Support the adoption and utilization of Ping's Partner Portal for optimal impact across partner teams and our partner ecosystem.


Qualifications & Experience



  • 3-5 years of experience in channel program management, partner engagement, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of channel ecosystems, including resellers, GSIs, and technology alliances.
  • Experience in partner communications, enablement strategies, and effective program execution.
  • Strong collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in measuring program success and partner engagement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with PRM and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Impartner) is a plus.


Base Hiring Range: $100,000 - $120,000

In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
