Provide basic assistance to stalled motorists. Must maintain a good attitude and be polite to motorists. Must have the ability to work safely in traffic situations and follow the policies and procedures of the company. Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Basic knowledge of: Jumping off a car Taping hoses Filling radiators Changing flat tires or assisting in inflating low tires Excellent communication skills Strong team-oriented skills Must be available for shift work: days and/or nights. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Must have current, validdriver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach and signal with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear; The employee frequently is required to stand and walk. The employee is required to sit for long periods of time. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly is exposed to moving mechanical parts, outside weather conditions, and vibration. The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud.
