Description The Consumer Lending Servicing Manager oversees the daily operations of the Consumer Lending Servicing department, ensuring department compliance with federal lending regulations. We have two Manager positions available-one for ourCollateral Management team and another for our Consumer Loan Servicing team. Here's what you can expect from the job and what you need to be successful: Job Duties: Lead a team of high-performing and engaged employees through effective people leadership practices including regular communication of performance expectations and feedback to employees to maintain high team performance; provide coaching and corrective action as required; actively support employee professional growth and development Monitor and report on established department metrics including high quality member experience, effectiveness and efficiency and develop presentations to report to leadership as required Manage department processes and procedures, seeking efficiencies and continuous improvement Partner with other business unit leaders to maintain cross functional relationships and product/process knowledge Mentor and support other CL department managers with projects and initiatives as needed Handle member escalations or more complex loan servicing activities as appropriate Develop and deliver various presentations to senior leadership as required Oversee system testing and special projects as well as implementation of new processes Essential Skills: Minimum Education: High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 5 years' experience in consumer loan servicing, including a minimum of 1 year in a leadership position Proven people management and development skills, adept at providing frequent and valuable performance feedback to develop and build employees Ability to coordinate a variety of activities and projects and prioritize work under tight deadlines Strong problem solving and decision making skills; ability to resolve complex issues with minimal direction Ability to leverage key performance metrics and data to provide insights and make strategic business recommendations Ability to deliver effective stakeholder presentations to both peer and executive level audiences Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to express ideas concisely and logically Ability to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Comprehensive understanding of loan contracts including APR, amortization schedules, simple interest calculations Knowledgeable in regulatory requirements regarding consumer lending including Reg Z, Reg B, MLA, ECOA, FACTA and SCRA Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Location: Rocklin Corporate Office - Rocklin, CA 95765 Target Compensation in Rocklin, CA: $85,000 to $100,000 annually + annual bonus Benefits options include: Traditional medical, dental, and vision coverage 401K matching up to 5% per pay period Accrue up to 17 days of Paid Time Off your first year of employment 11 paid federal holidays Special employee pricing on lending products such as mortgage, auto, and personal loans (eligibility for special employee pricing is subject to standard account requirements and underwriting criteria) What makes First Tech different?
