WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead architecture, design, and maintenance of technology solutions to ensure stability, scalability, and performance for Workplace Connections.
- Plan and track industry trends in AV, Microsoft Teams Rooms, workplace experience mobile, and digital signage, focusing on continuous improvement and adoption of new features.
- Collaborate with senior partners to define technical strategies, oversee complex requirements, and resolve critical technology challenges.
- Apply software engineering principles to infrastructure and operations, emphasizing automation, capacity planning, and system optimization.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering collaboration, skill development, and adherence to best practices.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Extensive experience (7-10+ years) with technology products and platforms, with proven expertise in identifying and resolving complex issues in real-time across computer hardware, software, and desktop/application delivery systems.
- Expertise in desktop and IT Production Support and Audio/Video systems supported by a strong educational foundation in Computer Science or equivalent IT systems and support engineering experience.
- Ability to learn quickly when facing new problems and an openness to change. Willingness to experiment and analyze successes and failures for clues to improvement.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with associates and executives, build trust, and foster collaboration to achieve consensus and deliver high-quality support.
- Advanced operational and strategic planning capabilities, leveraging organizational goals to prioritize work, guide decisions, and anticipate the downstream effects of technical implementations.
- Deep knowledge of process improvement methodologies and the ability to develop, deliver, and mentor others through training and instruction, elevating technical team performance.
- You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
- Ability to work at our home office located in Omaha, Nebraska, in a hybrid environment.

PREFERRED:
- Experience creating documentation for production systems and end-user training.
- Experience coaching, mentoring and delivering value through others. Experience giving formal presentations to varying levels in the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and/or 3-5 years equivalent experience in IT systems/support engineering.
