Maintenance Technician We're looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our 1st shift operations. This is a direct hire opportunity with a competitive pay scale and long-term potential at a growing and environmentally responsible company. *Shift: 1st, (6am-2pm)* *Pay: $28-$33/hr. (Based on Experience)* Job Description: Perform maintenance on CNC milling machines (preferably 3-axis or greater) Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems (air compressors, rooftop units, boilers, and pumps) Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical manuals Maintain a safe and organized work environment Follow all company safety procedures and environmental standards Support quality control by inspecting and verifying work meets specifications Collaborate with the team and assist with special projects as needed Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in machine maintenance, especially with CNC machines Facilities maintenance experience highly preferred High school diploma or equivalent Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and 5S principles
