Position Overview

We seek an accomplished executive leader to oversee one of our most significant technology partnerships in the Americas region (US, Canada, and LATAM), managing a team of over 800+ employees. This role reports to the Global Account Executive and is based in Seattle, WA, with significant on-site presence expected.

Strategic Leadership

  • Drive enterprise-wide account strategy and execution
  • Serve as the principal executive liaison with Senior client stakeholders
  • Orchestrate comprehensive account plans aligned with both client objectives and firm strategy
  • Lead transformation initiatives and identify strategic growth opportunities
  • Oversee P&L responsibility for operations

Key Accountabilities

Client Partnership Excellence

  • Architect and execute strategic account plans ensuring long-term partnership sustainability
  • Drive account expansion through innovative service solutions
  • Cultivate and maintain executive-level client relationships
  • Be customer obsessed and strive for continuous improvement

Talent & Organization Leadership

  • Lead and develop high-performing teams exceeding 800 professionals
  • Implement robust succession planning and talent development programs
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Embrace and Foster the clients culture, high bar culture

Financial & Commercial Leadership

  • Drive P&L performance and strategic growth initiatives
  • Develop and execute annual commercial plans
  • Ensure operational excellence and risk management
  • Maintain strong financial controls and metrics

Executive Qualifications

Experience

  • 10+ years executive leadership in Integrated Facility Management and Commercial Real Estate
  • Proven track record managing Fortune 500 client relationships
  • Demonstrated success in large-scale ($100M+) budget management
  • Extensive experience leading teams of 100+ professionals

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred

  • Establish outstanding relationships with key stakeholders by soliciting feedback and excelling at world-class client service delivery
  • Strong financial and commercial orientation

This position offers an exceptional opportunity to lead a strategic client partnership while driving significant business impact across the Americas region.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

220,000.00 - 250,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
