Monday- Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Hybrid out of Marlborough, MA.



What You'll Do



The following areas are seeking a summer intern:

IT: Responsible for developing and testing features and functionality for new and existing applications or programmed solutions as part of an Agile Scrum team

Deposit Services: Assist the Share draft team with reviewing/releasing remote deposits in addition to processing service requests, share draft exceptions, and fed returns.

Electronic Payments: Supporting the ACH/Bill Team in updating procedures to a new format and assisting with quality control on two of our processes.

Loan Services: Support the loan servicing team with processing the Letter Request, skip a payment, and loan payment corrections.

Loan Services: Support loan research team with processing Service Requests, emails, and credit disputes.

Loan Services: Support collateral management team with processing collateral protection insurance (CPI) and Title Service requests and emails

People Experience (Human Resources): Assigned to various projects to assist the different areas - providing support for projects and learning about HR.

Risk Management: Assist the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM team on annual projects.




What You'll Need




  • High School Diploma
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program that relates to DCU Business areas.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
