*Description*
- Respond to orders & questions from customers via phone (15%) & email (45%) in a timely manner - Data Entry (30%) - Order processing per customer's instructions - Direct contact with customers and drivers - Work directly with operators on the floor to ensure that orders are pulled in a timely manner - Maintain customer's inventory - Prioritize tasks based on the daily work flow and order of importance - Dock scheduling *Additional Skills & Qualifications* - Must possess ample computer skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, email and willing to learn other computer systems - Strong customer service experience - Problem solving - Good communication (verbally & written) - Strong documentation skills - Phone skills - Listening - Analyzing information - Multi-tasking *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
