Reporting to our General Counsel, as a Staff Attorney you will:



  • Provide legal advice, counsel, and service to internal business clients concerning legal rights, obligations, opportunities and privileges, by:
  • Review, draft and negotiating contracts.
  • Provide hands-on legal counsel to personnel at all levels of the company.
  • Identify, research, and analyze legal issues.
  • Recommend and draft company policies.
  • Develop, coordinating legal and compliance trainings.
  • Support large legal projects.
  • Manage outside counsel.

What you will do:



  • Analyze legal issues, draft policies (including compliance policies and public facing privacy policies), and draft contracts including confidentiality agreements, technology and license agreements, privacy and data security agreements, HR agreements, distributor agreements, supply and service agreements, logistics agreements, real property and equipment leases, product development and joint development agreements, manufacturing agreements, marketing agreements (including influencer agreements).
  • Provide day to day hands-on legal counsel (by email and in-person or virtual meetings) to personnel at all levels of the company, while also supporting large and complex legal projects.
  • Regularly interact with other legal team members regarding legal issues, coordination of legal work, and legal operations.
  • Develop and conduct legal and compliance trainings.


What you will need:



  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active law license in good standing
  • 5+ years of legal experience
  • Experience creating and conducting legal and compliance trainings
  • Experience providing hands-on legal counsel to clients
  • Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts
  • Experience recommending and drafting company policies
