THE JOB:

As a Multi-Outlet Assistant General Manager in Food & Beverage, you'll lead dynamic teams across multiple venues, driving exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. You'll oversee daily operations, optimize profitability, and mentor a high-performing team while ensuring seamless service and top-tier hospitality. THE STARTING RATE:$75,000 per year

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Oversee Daily Operations - Lead front- and back-of-house teams, ensuring seamless service, high-quality standards, and exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive Financial & Business Performance - Manage budgets, control costs, optimize labor, and implement strategies to increase revenue and efficiency.
• Lead & Develop Teams - Train, mentor, and motivate staff while fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability.
• Ensure Compliance & Quality - Uphold health, safety, and company standards while maintaining top-tier food, beverage, and service quality.
• Adapt & Execute Across Venues - Flex between both restaurants, responding to business needs, supporting events, and collaborating with culinary leadership.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 2 years of Food & Beverage experience
• Previous Food & Beverage leadership experience
• Thrives in fast-paces, multi-outlet environment
• Strong problem solving abilities
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong leadership & team management skills
• Strong wine knowledge
• Passionate in creating memorable guest experiences
