Job Summary

This role is designed for an individual who possesses a foundational understanding of learning management systems (LMS) and is eager to utilize their expertise to enhance Corewell Health's learning environment. As an LMS Administrator, you will be responsible for the management, implementation, and optimization of our LMS platforms (Workday Learning, HealthStream and LinkedIn Learning), ensuring that educational programs are effectively delivered to meet training needs across various departments. This position requires a proactive individual who is adept at working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will oversee user access, content uploads, and compliance tracking, while also providing technical support to end users. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical, communication, and customer service skills, and have a passion for learning and development processes.

Essential Functions
  • Primary administrator of core systems of record: Workday and HealthStream.
  • Understands the HCM business processes to ensure clear approaches to learning enrollments, campaigns, and reporting.
  • Builds capabilities among Corporate Learning Technology team for delivery of learning assets (digital and instructor led.
  • Contributes to the creation of technical learning documents, policies, and governance resources.
  • Consults with HR Technology and Digital Services around audience creation, system reporting, and data integrity.
  • Partners with Learning Tech team members to create tools and resources to upskill Learning Partner (all learning security configuration roles), HR Technology and Digital Services' system-proficiency levels.
  • Liaise with and support Learning Stakeholders (EPIC, HR Tech, etc.) to monitor, assess, design and deploy system processes to streamline work while mitigating risk.
  • Connects with key Learning Council members to align on standards and best practices.
  • Works with Learning Technology team to institute appropriate knowledge management practices to preserve institutional knowledge for effective dissemination, as needed.
  • Advises Corporate Learning Consultants, Instructional Designers and cross functional learning stakeholders when creating Shareable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) content for system integration.
  • Generates, analyzes and troubleshoots training and usage reports.
  • Manages the testing and evaluation of new features and tools that integrate with learning technologies and tools.
  • Develops and maintains technical learning standards and governance.
  • Establishes metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with Corporate Learning and System strategic priorities.
Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, Learning and Development or related field.
  • 3 years of relevant experience administrating and implementing an enterprise learning management system or experience platform in a corporate training, or professional services environment.
  • Experience coordinating learning technology integrations and migration project.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Product Suite and Authoring Tool software such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate.
  • Experience with HRIS and incident tracking system.
