About the Role:
Yardi is seeking a skilled Integration Product Specialist to
drive the expansion of Yardi EHR interoperability. In this role, you'll
support, design, and certify integrations with third-party pharmacies, Health
Information Exchanges (HIEs), and related platforms. You'll collaborate closely
with Yardi clients and Senior Living staff, providing technical guidance,
managing integration projects, and resolving escalations. If you're passionate

Integration Management Console, Interface Engine, eMAR, EHR, and Senior Living

What You'll Do:
- Use your prior experience to consult on the design and
development features and modules within the electronic health record (EHR)
software - Research and discover market trends to best support clients
and the industry - Use your strong attention to detail to create detailed
business specifications for development - Collaborate and assist with quality assurance testing,
product demonstrations and discussions with clients regarding Yardi's EHR and
eMAR module(s) - Use your strong interpersonal skills to develop
relationships with industry leaders to stay abreast of upcoming regulatory and
industry changes - Collaborate with cross functional teams to assist with input
for product future developments and preparation of documentation for product
configuration and usage - Be a team player! Provide support and assistance to Yardi
Consultants throughout the implementation process and assist the Sales Team in
a presales capacity - Use your strong training and troubleshooting skills to
support team members and clients with complex issues related to EHR and eMAR
operations - Be part of a great team and collaborate with Senior Living
Team members across North America - Respond to client(s) via phone or email regarding inquiries
or support requests with Yardi EHR integrations. - Identify and troubleshoot complex workflows with the Yardi
integration engine - Log and documents all clients calls into the yCRM system for
resolution tracking and historical data - Learns appropriate software and hardware used by clients and
Yardi - Communicate with 3rd-party clients to assist with technical
interface setup including VPN and software configuration
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree
in Business, Computer Science or related field - 1-3 years prior
experience providing technical support - Prior
knowledge/experience with medical software highly desirable - Experience with
HIPAA, HL7, NCPDP or other electronic health background is a plus - Process-oriented
with the ability to independently manage large, multi-stage projects with
multiple stakeholders. - Establish and
qualify connectivity via VPN and/or web service endpoints. - Identify and train
key stakeholders to support self-sustaining high volume integrations - Process-oriented

multiple stakeholders. - Proficiency in MS
Office Excel and Outlook - Awesome written and
verbal communication skills - Phenomenal customer
service skills and desire to go the extra mile - Excellent attention
to detail, organization and the ability to prioritize effectively - You're a
self-starter! You take initiative and
have sound judgment - High comfort level
troubleshooting and problem-solving issues - Great people skills
and the ability to be personable and professional
Helpful to Have:
- Familiarity with Yardi applications
- Prior experience with software usage and support
- Experience with integrations technology and/or HL7, FHIR,
NCPDP and DIRECT messaging standards
