Metrics: Training and Development: Monitor the participation rates in training programs and assess the impact on employee performance and skill development. Improvement in employee competencies demonstrates the HR specialist's effectiveness in facilitating learning opportunities. (BAS, Chillers, HVAC Journeyperson, Generators Tech) Compliance and Legal Requirements: Track adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Fewer compliance issues and legal disputes indicate the HR specialist's proficiency in managing regulatory requirements and mitigating risks. Develop and administer an Employee Satisfaction Survey that will be sent out quarterly. This survey should take an internal assessment of the general Climate of the company. (Quarterly) HR and Contract Coordinator Process Efficiency: Analyze key HR processes like benefits administration, and performance Evaluations management for efficiency and accuracy (Quarterly review, Annual Evaluations). Streamlined processes and reduced errors indicate the HR specialist's ability to optimize operations. (Quarterly reviews, Annual - Nov of Each Year) |
